These terms apply when you use seniorskit.com or buy any SeniorsKit digital product. By purchasing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

1. What you are buying

SeniorsKit sells digital products — downloadable PDF activity guides for use with older adults. Nothing physical is shipped. There is no subscription and no recurring charge; each purchase is a one-time payment.

2. Delivery

Access is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, by email and through your account on our sales platform. If your files have not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact hello@seniorskit.com and we will send them to you directly.

3. Payment

Orders are processed by Hotmart, our sales and payment platform. Hotmart handles the transaction, issues your receipt, and processes refunds. Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international fees, which are outside our control.

4. Refunds — 7-day guarantee

If the material is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No explanation is required. Request it through the Hotmart purchase confirmation email, or write to hello@seniorskit.com and we will start the process for you.

Refunds are returned by the same payment method used for the purchase. After 7 days, purchases are final.

5. How you may use the material

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material — including professional use with the seniors, groups, residents, or clients you work with. You may print copies for that purpose.

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part
Share your download link or files publicly, or upload them to file-sharing sites
Republish the content as your own, or as part of another product
Remove branding or copyright notices from the material

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the products — text, activity descriptions, images, logos, and layout — belongs to SeniorsKit and is protected by copyright. Buying the product does not transfer ownership of it.

Important — not medical or therapeutic advice. The activities in our products are intended for engagement, recreation, and enjoyment. They are not medical treatment, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or a diagnostic tool, and they are not a substitute for professional care. Always adapt activities to the person in front of you, go at their pace, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity with someone in your care.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

We describe what the material contains, not results it will produce. Every person and group is different, and we make no promise about specific outcomes from using these activities.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeniorsKit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or withdraw products and change prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made — what you bought stays available to you. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

10. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your purchase and access details secure. We may suspend access where we find the material has been redistributed or the terms have been seriously breached.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, where our business operates. Nothing in this section removes consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
