This policy explains what information SeniorsKit ("we", "us") collects when you visit seniorskit.com or buy our digital activity kits, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@seniorskit.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you purchase, you provide your name, email address, country, and payment details. Payment details are entered on and handled by our payment platform — we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we receive your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and how you interact with the pages, through cookies and similar technologies.

Information you send us. If you email us for support, we keep that correspondence so we can help you and keep a record of the issue.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the product you bought and give you access to your files
• To provide customer support and process refunds
• To measure how our ads and pages perform, so we can improve them
• To show relevant ads on Meta platforms and to avoid showing ads to people who already bought
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

3. Advertising and analytics cookies

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and sends Meta information about actions you take on this site — for example viewing a page or completing a purchase — so we can measure whether our ads work and reach people likely to be interested. This may involve Meta matching that activity to your Facebook or Instagram account.

You can limit this. Adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, block cookies in your browser settings, or use your device's tracking controls. Blocking these cookies does not prevent you from buying or using the product.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services required to run this business:

• Hotmart — our sales and payment platform, which processes your order, handles payment and refunds, and delivers your files
• Meta Platforms — for advertising measurement and delivery, as described above
• Hosting and email providers — to serve this website and reply to your messages
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information

5. Where your data is processed

We operate from Mexico and our service providers operate in the United States, Brazil, and the European Union. This means your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection rules than your home country.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Support emails are kept while they are useful for helping you. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings of the platforms described above.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Object to or restrict how we use it, including for advertising
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it

If you are in the UK or EU, these rights come from the UK GDPR and GDPR, and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

If you are in California, you may request access to or deletion of your information and opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Children

This site and product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and payment is handled by our payment platform under its own security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
